Thanks If you have a Canadian car that's how it's wired already. Once you release the handbrake the front DRL's come on but the rears don't light. At least that's how it is on my car ('05 GS). Chris... rg200amp 05-21-2007, 09:45 PM would be toomuch work, when you could just turn your lights on. why do you want the on anyway? futhermore why do you care if the taillights are on too????? i am confused stop confusing me please stop Thumper3322 10-30-2007, 08:42 AM DRL takes up much less energy from the car than having the front and back lights on. As a Canadian we have to have it on. American cars come without having it on. I just bought an American RX-8 need to do the same thing. Actually the highbeams come on in a low power state, NOT the HIDs. rotarypower88 10-31-2007, 06:33 PM you really dont want to wire the hid's to the drl's. that is seriously going to hurt the life of your bulbs and balasts. i would suggest running the high beams like the previous person said.
