I'm getting database errors on ChicagoRotary.com. Anyone know what is going on?

I know that I am very, very upset with management and I am calling on the people for a revolt! :soapbox:

This was the attempted upgrade. For some reason, it thinks that a certain table isn't there anymore. From the error, it looks like it thinks the table is called something else than it actually is...I think. I'm not a DB guru. Where the hell is Q?!?!?!?!??! :D

He did make a backup so i just need to know how to restore it. Technically the support license has expired as well, but I'm going to try to find something.
