Hey, in the awesome Top Gear review of the 8, you can clearly hear a warning chime when your close to the redline. Mine puts out a steady beep instead of the "ding ding" of the chime. It kind of sucks really. It sounds like something is wrong especially to your passenger. THe chime was a brilliant celebration of a high reving engine - almost like a reward - the beep, a penalty. Anbody know the story behind this?

First time I heard it I said "what the hell is that?"

Mine has wind chimes, and it drives me freakin' crazy!
