I find that most sites in the US selling a product over the internet neglect to notice that there is a world outside of their borders. 9 times out of 10 you won't see a field for "Country" when filling out a form.

Sorry... had to rant. I'm a Canadian website designer who has the common courtesy to recognise the rest of the world when creating a site...
