Hi guys,
Returning the compliment of being invited to your Winton track-day, I'm returning the favour of inviting you to Winton on the 26/11/06. It's with the Honda Sports Car Club (ie. HSCC) ... you don't need my invite really, as anyone can join them.
Taka was there with them last year, and I'm sure he'll let you know that they run a very good day, where there're not many cars expected ... last year there were less than 40 cars. Also passengers are allowed all day so it's a very 'friendly' day.
Entry fee is $150 for members of (any) car club. If you're not, then HSCC will sell you a HSCC day-membership for $5. Also CAMS/AASA license will be required, but if you don't have one then you'll be able to purchase AASA license on the day for $45.
Last of all, as long as your car is road worthy, you will not need any other safety equipment on/in the car (ie. extinguisher, bonnet strap, etc). All you'll need is a helmet, and apropriate clothing.
Good event to bring friends to as you can take them for a spin in your car, and also it's easy to hop into other people's cars and go for a ride.
Entry form is provided bellow ... details of how to pay, and where to return it to are on the form.
- Winton 26/11/06 Entry form (HSCC) (http://www.hsccv.org.au/applications/HSCCV26%20Nov%202006.pdf)
Hope to see some of you there.
ps. Cars signed up so far include:
- few S2000s
- few IT-Rs
- EVO 8
- F355 CH
- 350Z Twin Turbo
