it might have been discissed before for sure it must have but i can't help it... where is the antena for the radio on this car?!?! i heard/read once that it was in the rear window like the lines of the defroster . is it true?

.. u would think such cool thing like that, mercedes or bmw would use in their "luxury" cars, after all antenas look hedeous in a car IMOP

I knew the radio antenna was on the back window. Is that where the NAV system GPS antenna is also?

BMW does do that. My brother's 3 series (a 2001) and the 5 series (a 1998) I traded for the RX8 both use the antena in the glass. I don't know about Mercedes.

my 99 honda prelude had the antenna on the rear windshield... i'm glad my 8 does too because if you really look at car antennas, they kind of make any car on the road look like an overgrown RC car. not good.

I agree, its so nice to have the hidden antena
