White RX-8 in stock
 

we just got a pearl white rx-8 in stock (Browning Mazda in Cerritos) the pearl looks great. (prefer my yellow, but pearl is sharp looking) needs clear side markers though, the orange just stand out too much.

I swung by there and looked at it last night. With the metallic flake, it's much better looking in person than in any of the pics I've seen.

Not really my particular brand of vodka, but I didn't hate it (which I kind of thought I would).

I did like the smoked headlight lenses that it had on it, though. Fubar, any idea if they're going to make those available through parts/accesories?

smoked headlight lenses!? is that a standard equipment for 05????

I saw a Titanium Gray '8 with smoked lenses by Santa Monica and Vine yesterday. Wonder if that was a run-in with an '05 or a modification.

I just saw the white at Galpin Mazda in Van Nuys.

Not bad but I can't decide if I like it or not. I think if it had the Appearance Package it would look pretty good; but let's see if Mazda can match the color - which is definitely NOT a basic white - to the accessory pieces. :eek:

I saw on a galpin Mazda in Valencia today and it's more of a "mother of pearl" white. It's not flat white. Also, the head lights are NOT smoked.

BTW - the server department replaced my headlights due to dust inside. Anyone else get this done? I did not ask. They offered.

I went by Galpin today. They said they didn't have time to change my oil and to come back on Monday. They also seemed reluctant to change my oil, as I hadn't hit 5,000 miles on that change. Seemed weird. I guess they were being honest, but I told them I wanted it done... Dude finally agreed.

I never got around to looking at the '8. I miss Trussville Mazda...

Well. It looks like a white '8. The paint isn't anything cool. You have to get really close to see the pearlness of it. Just look at a really washed-out pic of a yellow, and there you go.

I saw one in La Jolla in San Diego. I followed him onto the 56 freeway, then north on 805. We were checkin each other out, and he was obviously enjoying his new white '8. I could not really see the highlights in the paint, there was a light overcast so maybe direct sunlight woulda helped.

anyway, it was a '8 and that's good enough for me!

there's 2 in Menlo Mazda, all AT, dirty like hell........i couldn't even see the white.
