Well I don't think I'll get drunk or shoot up any hoods(?) but have a quiet dinner get together with friends should be fun. Maybe go to the Pub crawl or the gocart races?

I am thinking that I will leave at 6am Friday morning, stop in Barstow and have breakfast and drive straight thru from there. That will put me in a little early but I think I'll miss a lot of the Friday traffic that way. If anyone's in Irvine at noon time, let's meet for lunch.

Funny guy, I just got home from work, long day and night. I walk through the door this morning and what did I see ??? Dang 21 year old Cuban chick walking around my house today in a towel fresh out the shower. Anyone have a camera I can borrow? Lord, give me strength. It's gonna be a long week.

I won't be able to pick up my bike this weekend due to paperwork.

So what's going on this weekend? Anything?

I usually stop at "Tommy's" I love those messy chili burgers - Yea thinking of leaving a 6am so that I miss the late Friday traffic in LA. Figure I'll leave the house at 6, fill the truck up with fuel, take a leasurly drive to Barstow and get a "Tommy's". I might just top off in Barstow and travel the rest of the way into Irvine. I'll be driving the truck so I will not be in a big hurry.

Well that could be anywhere. Linwood (sp) Road Barstow off ramp is where I stop. It's a couple of miles past (south) the I40 interchange

Yea, I found it about two months ago. They are building another one somewhere in Vegas. I have been gone from LA for 40+ years so all the places I was used to go to eat are ether gone or here now. My sister tells me that two places that I used to eat in Belmont Shore/Naples are still there and have not made it here yet. I used to drive all the way into LA on Rampart for the Tommy Burger original outlet - that was all there was 40+ years ago
