when i took my car in for the service recall, they scratched my front passenger side door. when i went to them for assistance on cleaning gunk off my glass, ricky tru (service manager) gave me totally bad advice, and then he later denied everything.

i live in alhambra (5 minutes away), but i drive 27 miles to galpin to get service these days. every trip to alhambra mazda is like russian roulette to me... not worth it.

Detrich: just another reason why I no longer take my car to the "stealership". I've had great experiences with my dealerships but I've also seen things that I don't care for. From now on, the only places that get to work on my car are Rotary Reliability & Racing or Neptune Speed. (both rotary shops)

Also spotted a Ti Gray with front air dam going west on Huntington near the 210 freeway.

And personally I always go to Alhambra Mazda and they treated my car pretty well, and Dale Carr my service consultant is a cool guy.

i took my car to galpin mazda to get my cd-changer installed and when i come back to pick up my car, i see all these scratches on the drivers side door! i had the car for like 2 weekS! i had them fix it though. but still.. bastards

damn- galpin too?!! i think mazda dealers just suck in general- period. <sigh> this is so depressing... well, when i go to galpin i always remind them (1) alhambra mazda scratched my car and that's y i don't go there anymore and (2) to please be careful not to damage my car, as i WILL be looking it over when i get it back and make a stink about anything i find. so far, that seems to work.

I saw a 30ish w/m driving a Galaxy gray 8 getting off the 105 and heading west on Imperial Hwy. towards El Segundo or the Coast. I was heading east on Imperial Hwy. and was nearing the onramp to the 105. It was approximately 5:00 p.m. I waved but the driver did not see me and he went by too quick for me to snap a picture.
