Are these still available?

If so, is it complicated to install them? Do you just take the wheel off, put the spacer on, and put the wheel back on, or is special equipment required?

Also, I have 18" 9.5-inch-wide Axis Halo rims; will the 25mm spacers work with those?

Yes, these are available, and no these are pretty easy to install. Can you measure the top of your wheel to the top of the fender for me so I can let my wheel guy know please. From there, he can help me with setting you up for the correct spacer MM.
