You will however need to keep in mind that the Cobb/OEM ECU may have its limitations above 400whp. This and the intake pipe will be 3.5" Dia which is slightly smaller than the turbo inlet on the HP kit. If your plan is to keep it around that level then I believe it will be ok. It still needs to be proven before we make any claims regarding the HP kit. We do feel comfortable that it will work amazingly well on the Standard Kit. Best regards, Chris |

Best regards, Chris |
so to get this set up to 350whp what do you need? The larger turbo and bigger injectors?
|
Apparently 350whp can be achieved with the standard kit and you would only need to upgrade to go above that. I would have been all over this had i not bought a greddy kit yesterday:(

until this day, even the Pettit SC is still not CARB approved.:sweatdrop |
Whats the difference between standard and version 4 ??? Version 4 = more than 350 whp ??? :dunno:
|
standard: up to 350hp
Hp version 4: kit itself is good for over 500hp.. just depends if your engine internals can take it. Correct me if I'm wrong Chris.. |
hmmm interesting. Might get this instead of the Greddy Turbo kit. This kit looks promising.

yup for the price this is looking 1000 times better than the greddy kit which by itself is just good for 280-300 whp and then needs a lot of work to make it good. |

I'm getting antsy! I'll know the summer job status soon.
How much PSI is the waste gate spring set for? 6psi? and what hp/tq are you expecting at that boost level? |

Can you be more specific other than smaller turbo?
or are you still testing? that aside this is a really good deal, you have pretty much addressed the reasons i chose to build my own kit, had this been available in January I might have bought it |
