AEM Cold Air intake: In our experience, the best intake for the Mazda RX-8. Many other intakes ingest hot air from the radiator regardless if they have a heat shield or not. This leads to idle problems and an overall loss of power. We have found cars with some other aftermarket intakes actually dyno LESS and are SLOWER than cars with the stock intake box. The AEM intake places the filter element behind the front bumper where it receives a steady supply of cold air and a dyno proven hp increase. Available in red, blue, and silver.
