Rent for a 15'x45' workspace with all of the above is now only $200/month. A limited number of 15x22 workspaces are also available for $120/month. If you don't need shop space, outdoor storage is also available at $40 per trailer or RV.

In addition a 10,000 pound lift, engine hoist, transmission jack and other tools are available for rent by the hour.

Rental space is located in the 20,000 sq. ft. Tuxedo Park Racing facility, making access to dyno, fabrication, welding and machine shop services very convenient, however appointments are still required and normal shop rates apply. Rental spaces are available to hobbiests only, no business use. New rates take effect for existing renters January 1st.
