Why the moving smilies?
 

Not the animated ones, but why do they relocate in the menu, and the small section of them to the right of the message input box. This is a little annoying, there are a group I use regularly, some I can remember the coding for, and some are different here than our regional forum. So when I have to go look for them, they are always in a different place. Why? And can that be stopped, I know that on our forum, there are a set few that show up on the message input box, and then there is a list that opens, and they are always in the same spot. it makes for faster posting, and less hunting.
