I agree, however, if you make too many sub forums people will only look in their forum. They might miss something. I think Cali should have it's own fourm, but thats the smallest I think we should go.

Although, California is to the US, like the US is to the rest of the World.
Most people who don't live here, hate us, and our attitude about how great it is to be in Cali.
Making Cali it's own section won't help the PR any.
But I still think it's a good idea.

We take up so much of the west forum, I find it strange when I see the AZ thread at the top, and every now and then I run into the Las Vegas thread by accident. 
it's kinda cool to say that we take up so much of the west section... then again it would be pretty cool to say, "we are so big, we had to have our own section"

CA should be a separate section and the western section should specifically exclude CA, so there's no unnecessary overlap.
C'mon mods, just take a look at some of the stickies in the West Forum already.
At least 2 of those are California based meets.
