How do we make these stop?

mark them as spam and you'll never see it again

Yeah but I don't want to teach the baysean learner in my email that general forum emails are spam. Seems like there has to be a way to turn it off.

you're getting them after 2 weeks of inactivity?
every forum I've ever registered to eventually sends these types of emails out after ___ months of not logging in.

i can link web pages too, but mine is actually on point for what i said to do

and please don't get your undies in a wad. i was offering a viable solution to your problem. I'm not telling you to blacklist anything, just use the filter that you're using.

They'll have to make that a separate type of email option or you'll have to deactivate emails. They dont send them that often, do they? Even if it's once a week, that's 4 emails a month you'll just have to click "delete" on.

Not trying to be an ass, but this might just have to be something you deal with. I don't think there's nearly enough people that care enough to add a feature to disable it.

Sometimes you can't have your cake and eat it too.

You should be able to tell your email "If subject says 'we miss you', put in trash/spam/etc'"

If not, you've got all the suggestions you need here.
