Make an easy way to go to your recent posts and see if there have been any responses. Like have a link at the top of the main screen that says "My recent posts" which will bring up a page that has links to all of your posts listed chronologically

 

see the top right where it says welcome? under that is new posts underlined? click new posts.

i know - that doesnt show only responses to your posts. subscribe to the thread you posted/posted in. then you will get email when you get a resonse.
