more of a question
 

the icons that that show us if we have read a particoular thread/forum sem to change willy nilly for me. sometimes when i mark all theads in a particular forum read and go back to the main page all the forums will be marked as read. but other times i mark a forum read and a while later it is unmarked again even though i mark it read several times. is this something to do with the forum itself or is it my pc or browser?
edit: for instance i have repeatedly today marled the competition forum and boowannas quest forum as read but they are unmarked aagain and there has't bee a new post :confused:

Those icons have gone screwy for me too.. Ever since the forum redesign I think.

This has happend to me too many times. It seems to be caused by the forum loggin you out, without your knowledge. Just re-log in to the forum, then mark all items as being read.

This happend before the upgrade too.:mad:

Yep, I think it's a log-on or cookie problem. Happened to me also.
Delete temp internet files and hit F5 to refresh your browser.

I went into my user control panel options and found a cookie setting had been changed, which was causing the board to log me out after 5 minutes.
