Note: I don't disbelieve you all. Just providing counterpoint that this isn't a universal issue.
Perhaps turning notifications off, then saving, then on again, and saving? Maybe the switch got thrown in the wrong direction somehow on a server crash? |

It appears to affect a large portion of the users of the forum. So who is working and who is not? Any corelation with accts made before a certain date or after a certain date? Or who know what else. |

bse changed the target email in his account, and he is getting the emails now. Try to set up a gmail account or something and test it? It could be getting blocked at the isp's server, before it even gets to your account.

zoom-i-do the only thing i can suggest is to try again what anshutz is doing. other folks with sbcglobal email ids are not having issues
