Finally test drove an 8!
Well, I finally went to Morrie's Mazda in Wayzata today and drove a 6MT 8.
LOVED IT!!!!
Finances have not allowed me to purchase it yet (looking at March) and I was very concerned about the recent horsepower fiasco. Needless to say, my fears were unfounded.
It was the most fun car I have ever driven. I even scared the lady dealer in the car with me. Not that I did anything dangerous, just a little power shifting and had to make a tight squeeze in 494 traffic.
I loved it, and just as importantly, my wife loved it and said I had to have one. Sweet!
Now I just have to count the days until early spring 2004.
