At work all day today, My dad's art gallery on 89th street and 2nd ave. Went outside for a bit to enjoy the New York City air. My 8 was parked outfront. Around 6:30pm, A nordic green 8 pulls up to the red light while I'm leaning on my 8. Windows tinted rolls down his passenger side window and says 'nice car'. I look closely he's in a full NYPD police outfit. Throws his ciggerette and leave. I was going nuts the coolest thing ever. I don't know if he was on patrol, But i'd love to take a ticket from another 8.

 

Get him for littering, Citizen Arrest.

 

Hes not the only cop with an RX8. I was surprised to theres alot in the NY/NJ area.

 

Lol I shoulda. He was a huge cop, his head was almost hitting the roof of the car. I was like wow.

 

That's the new government issued police cruiser. Too many people in 8's were knocking over adult bookstores and retreating to tha twisties rendering traditional means of police pursuits useless. You gotta fight fire with fire.
