Create the rotary accents look for $10 CAN!

I painted (spay) my rotary symbol today with a high performance wheel coating (for plastic hub caps). I am applying the last coat in about 10 minutes. I think the result will be stunning. Only 10 CAN!! I will post the final result tomorrow.

OK, here are the final pics. I need to do some touch-up in the back but nothing major. The back rotary symbol is difficult to cover with masking table so it is hard to get straight lines. I am maybe too perfectionism

Thank you all for your great comments.

I must say that it is a lot cheaper but I must also say that it's not a mod that is easy to do unless you have the patience. It needs precision and you have to be carefull. If it goes wrong, you can always remove the paint (sand) and put the real rotary accents. I can say that it is worth the try. I am very happy about the result.

DO you happen to have Pics?? And is your 8 White by chance?

I've a white 8 and I didn't like the silver on white look, was thinking about painting it black a long time ago.. would love to see what it looks like.
