RX-8 careshare in NYC

I'm looking for a few responsible individuals in New York City to share ownership of an RX-8. I'd like a 2006 automatic, but other than that am not picky about colors or options. I'd like to keep the car stock. It would be garage-kept near a subway station in Manhattan or Brooklyn. This would be managed as a cooperative.

I'm just toying with this idea now, and don't have experience with carsharing (other than being a zipcar customer). Obviously there would be a lot of logistical and legal matters to work out. For now I'd just like to see if there is any interest.

Dude, I hope you ain't that broke... Sharing a car is like sharing a wife or a girlfriend... Why not get an 2004 model and own it yerself? Why take a subway to take your car?? Or you live in Manhattan? I could never understand these NY-ers

... wouldn't drive it more than a few hundred miles a year, want 6-speed paddle shift, garaged parking in Manhattan area costs more than apartment rent in some cities...

I think it would be great to make a payment each month that was reasonable and have access to several cars. They do it with boats here where I live, but for the payment, you could own one. I would be happy just to rent a sports car or nice luxury car or SUV from time to time, but it isn't available. The best I can rent is a Mustang V6. I think my wife's Mazda 626 drives better than that car!
