General question of people who dealt with mazdaparts

Okay so i ordered a Racing beat REV8 exhaust... almost 2 weeks ago and they charged my card the same day for the almost 700 dollars, its been that long and ive heard nothing from them in terms of a tracking number.

I even called before i placed the order to see if they had any in stock and ready to ship (i know they foreward the order to racing beat themselves - but they said they had 6 ready to ship)

Anyway, i just tried to email them again and my email bounces back from sales@mazdaparts.com saying some error message. I'm seriously getting pissed.

I placed the order a long time ago so the part would (hopefully) be shipped to my home in houston. I had plans to go home this weekend and install it / see family. (im 250 miles N. in dallas long term work thing)

It just pisses me off, how hard can it be to ship something thats supposedly in stock and email me a damn tracking number?

Sounds irritating, sorry I have never did any business with them before, and the way they are acting I just might never.

I've had similar problems. They didnt get me a shipping number till the day before it got to my house once =( but I got overnight or 2-3 day delivery for everything I've ordered so kinda hard to say for that. when I got RB intake they were very good, but they were a bit slow on the agency power pullies and RB exhaust. Once I got my stuff I was too happy to care though. Have fun with that exhaust, sounds great.

Don't have any experience with them but it's not that uncommon for businesses to not get you a tracking number until what you ordered has already arrived. Then again, if you order from Victoria's Secret you get a tracking number DAYS before they have actually bothered to send it out for shipping. LOL I guess as long as you get your stuff you shouldn't worry about it too much.

I have done many transactions with Mazdaparts.com. They have always come through but you have to realize they operate as a parts broker. Almost everything is direct shipped from the manufacturers so they have limited control of that and depend on the manufacturer to inform them before they can inform you. No one has any patience any more. From my experience Mazdaparts.com delivers. You may have to wait a little longer (especially for Japan speacial orders) but the cusomer service and after sale support has always been excellent for me.

yeah, they take a little while, but it's right, shipped properly and once you get it you forget all about how long it took to get there :-)
