Just wanted to know if anyone has taken their 8 for the recall in san jose. Where was it that they took it and how was the service (friendliness, loaner car, car wash, fill tank, etc.)
I wanted to know where to take my 8 was thinking of almaden mazda.

From what I've read, I heard that Oak Tree (Almaden & Capitol) and Burlingame are good. Menlo's sales dept. is horrific, so that might be a bad sign.

 

I recommend Almaden Mazda. They've always done a good job.
In fact, I have an appt tomorrow for the recall inspection.

I just took my car to Almaden Mazda for the recall and they had it back to me the next day. Great service. I always go there for any recall/maintanence work.
