Im looking fo ra good place to get a tint done on my 8. I live in Brampton so I would like to find something close by. Can anyone suggest a good place to take my car???

Can anyone offer any suggestions about what I should be looking for and what kind of questions I should be asking before I choose a Shop??

 

I would call your dealer and ask them who they used to get there cars tinted for there fleat. The go check out that shop. Good luck.

I called the dealer because I thought that maybe it would be a good idea to get it done through them. However, they quoted me the most expensive price at $400.00 and they had the worst warenty on the tint as well. The warenty was only one year, similar to any installed accessory. That is why im looking elsewhere.

 

i wouldnt listen to much to the factory....... i have the factory tint and its a cheap cheap quality film. i`ve had the 8 for just over a year and i can see the tint allready starting to turn purple on me......now i have to spend the extra money to have someone steam the old film off and redue my windows. in my opinion you should just spend the extra money and have it done right with a quality film

 

I would suggest checking here or ask someone you know in your area. Don't be afraid of going to window tinting businesses, things to ask: 1) How long have they been in business? 2) what type or film do they use? 3) what type of warrenty do they offer?

$400 is a bit much, you should be paying between $200-$280 for high quality tint.

 

Im getting mine done next week guy said $180 for all around w/o windshield als very good quality since i had my last car done there
