Ok.. really stupid question..

i know this is really stupid, i dont autoX, but i read the threads in here, and i just read something that somebodyran the track.. then for the second one turned off the dsc and did better...... when you guys autoX.. do you guys not turn off the Dsc and traction control? or do you leave them on?

I don't have it (base model), but I really could have used it yesterday in the rain! The AWD boost buggies were loving it of course.

hm, well.. do you have to be at a dead stop for the traction control to be fully disabled.. i know you dont have to be.. but.. is it recommened..

I agree...SHUT IT OFF

I just ran a Cen-Div event in Peru Indiana. Shut it off on the second run day and my times improved by ALOT!!! Plus my launches were soooo much better!

PS... Sticky notes help me to remember to shut it off =)

I don't autocross, but do HPDE events, and I forget 80% of the time to turn it off...really gets annoying sometimes...

Alexcisneros usually approaches my car before the run and sticks his arm in and turns off my DSC. My times are better with it off, and I'm not a good driver by any means.

I threw away my first runs both days at the Dallas ProSolo because I forgot to turn the DSC off. Now we tape a post-it to the steering wheel that says "Turn the f***ing DSC off!!!"
