New Shoes for my whip

Alrigth folks, I waited an eternity for my new wheels to be made especially for me
I bought 18 x 8.5 Axis Reverbs wrapped in Federal Tires.
Enjoy.

p.s.
I forbid anyone with a Red R-8 to buy these rims.

I like it plain. I don't want a car with a bunch of **** on it just so everyone that looks at it can hear it scream "PERFORMANCE."

but thanks for the comment

sweet ride man, its not plain at all, its just "clean". I like the look, don't add graphics and be part of the fast and furious ****. Looks nice, kudos on the clean car!

Nice setup! Not a fan of the huge Axis on the wheels.

A few suggestions:

- Clear corners.
- Lower it a bit.

Looks good! Did you happen to weigh them? Reverbs have a hollow spoke, I've always wondered how much they weigh.

Looks GREAT the way it is. Just drop it a bit and you're set.

My best friend didn't like the huge axis either, but I kinda do.
I agree. Clear corners will probably be next (cheapest mod)
Then I think it'll be an exhaust and midpipe after that. Then perhaps either new springs, sway bars, or a turbo

work in progress, but man it's fun.

I didn't weigh them, but I'm sure if you ask axis they'll tell you how much they weigh.
While in the box, fed ex said they were 50 lbs a piece (tires included)

Yes Sir,
Call up wheelmax.com and ask for Kevin. Tell him David sent ya. He'll know me.
They gave me a military discount. Free shipping, free balancing and free mounting. I even sent them my tpms sensors and they put them in the new wheels.

Wheel Max kicks ***!!! great cusotmer service.

Federal tires? The only set of federals I had were pure crap. I hope they make better ****; good luck w/ 'em.

I like the car - I'd get the polished lip 'removed' somehow...that is to say, those rims, non-glossy, non-polished lip = FANTASTIC. As-is, they are 'good' looking.

Congrats, and thanks for your service to our Nation, brother.
