Alright, this is my first post, so bare with me on this one. I recently got an iPod Video and all I want to do is hear it come through my stereo with out having to pay $300 to buy and install Icelink. I refuse to use an FM modulator, and I could care less about controlling it from the HU. Any suggestions? Would it be worth while to splice into the nav system and try and play it through there with an iPod RCA adapter? Please help!! ANYONE!!!!

 

Get the audiolink. Costs way less than $300. I have it and it works great... And hey, you CAN control it from your head unit and your steering wheel, while still being able to operate it from the iPod's control wheel.
