So you want someone to trade you their M/T for your A/T?
hmmm, good luck with that one.
So lame how everyone has to chime in to let you know how uninterested they are..if you're not interested why take the time to reply ??
On the flipside you will definatley have to offer some cash with this deal bro, there may be some out there that for whatever reason would like an AT. MT really blows in traffic or if you're just driving the car for style and don't care about the performance....who knows.

I have yet to know of a manual 8 driver that switched to an autobox, but many auto. 8 drivers that switched to manuals. Just too much of a difference with the 8's, whereas a car like the new Mustang performs nearly as well automatic to stick.
Your best bet? Trade with a cash offer, or just sell the auto and buy a manual. Consider that auto and manual prices are the same in Canada when new (!!), so maybe you'll find someone who doesn't know any better.
Otherwise, Mugatu is right if you expect someone here to trade.

Just checked Mazda.ca i stand corrected
Not sure when they changed it though when i bought mine it wasnt like that
My friend, I'm afraid that it's not going to happen unless you can find a dealer that has a manual sitting around collecting dust. There's not that many 8s out there for sale used, and those that are, don't hold their resale value very well.
