Just wanted to see if you guys have experience with good credit unions around here. THe only one that I am sort of familiar with is OCTFCU. I am planning on getting a used rx8 soon and at the same time want to refinance another car that I have. If you have a good experience with a credit union with low fees and/or balances, let me know. THanks.

 

Most credit unions aren't open to the general public; you have to be an employee (or the immediate family of an employee) of a certain company or organization to join. I'm a member of OCTFCU and am, so far, very impressed with their services. However, my cars are financed with USAA (open only to active or retired members of the military or their dependents).

 

My sister is an elementary school teacher in Fullerton. I have heard good things about it as well and if I am eligible, guess I will go with them. Thanks for the reply.
