Hi all

I am new to the forum and never thought i'd be buying a rx8 until I for some reason thought I'd visit a mazda showroom today for the hell of it.

Anyways I am now v.v.v.v.likely to be buying one and spent lots of time on this forum reading up on them.

I noticed someone here had gold rx8 badges and mazda badges. Does anyone know where I can get these?

I am based in the uk so uk suppliers would be preferred.

I've got them on mine. I only know of one other member here who also has them but he's located in Japan. You can see some photos in my sig.

So far this is the only place I've found the gold OEM badges. I read there site briefly but didn'tyet see any mention of overseas orders. You might want to shoot them an email and ask.

You might even ask your local Mazda dealer if they can get them. Unfortunately they'll probably be pretty pricey if you order direct from them.

ah yes it was your car I saw them on. Makes it look much much better with such an inexpensive upgrade (if I can call it that).

Well originally the dealer had an additional sticker on the car for the "gold emblem pkg" as they called it. They wanted an additional $500 for it. Over the course of negotiating I was able to get them at no charge. They are really nice. Still in great shape after 18 months of ownership and several details and waxes, overall they've held up well. I'm not sure they're worth 500 bucks though.




If you really really want them and in the end you can't find them where you are just let me know. Maybe we could work out a deal where I could order them here in the US and ship them to you.

I have a gold rotor shaped mazda babdge, but it was a prototype the company i work for did for mazda in the early 90s.
