so i bought the veilside d1-gt body kit... i will install it myself but i need to get it painted"Velocity RED"... is there anyshop around orange county that you guys recommend?

it is going to be real hard to get them to match the paint on velocity red without blending it into the car. Or at least they would need your car there to help them match it. Velocity Red is one of the hardest colors to match on the 8. If you plann to install it yourself, do it and then take it to a shop for paint.

While my engine never cut out, I did experience some idle problems to the point I thought it would cut out if I didn't blip the accelerator a bit. Turns out my cat needed to be replaced and I haven't experienced any rough idle since. My 2 cents.

lol...... i called west coast customs and some guy that goes by the name xzibit kept on rapping about dubs and lambo doors.... i asked him i needed to get my car painted he then said **** YOU! i was all WTF!!!!!! then he told "your momma is so stupid she sold her car for gas money....."

anyways i am really leaning towards this zar guy from tpr autobody only 16 miles from house..... june 22 will be the day that my 8 will get a make over!

 

Becareful with tpr, i've seen some of their work, seems as if they will do a good job only if they want to. Make sure you don't take the car back unless its up to your standards. Here are some other shops you can also look into that do good work.
