Searched. Simple question about sway bars.
So, I've owned a few cars in the past where I wanted to improve the cornering via a sway bar change. After much research it was clear that on those car I only had to replace the rear bar as the front was adequate.
On the RX-8, is it the same? Should I replace both front and rear, or is it just necesarry to replace the rear. I don't mind buying both, but don't want to buy a front one if it will just be a waste.
thanks. I searched and all I found was a lot threads where people bought the entire kit.

Buying a front is far from a waste. Get a set from the same company also, most are designed to go in as a set. You can however do the rear and a few weeks later do the front if money is an issue. The best money I spent on my 8 was the Racing Beat Front / Rear sways.
Get adjustable bars, like WhiteLine, if you want best results w/different driving conditions, otherwise any fixed bar set is the way to go. Choice is how much bar you want/need .... they all are NOT the same as far as effect on car handling/leaning. Some are softer (usually to go with stiff springs) or stiffer (to go with softer/OEM) springs.
