Hey im Matt.......Was just told about this site and from the looks of it there are some really nice 8's on here. I just purchased a 2006 fully loaded blue 8. Iv been a Mazda tech for 3 years now and it finally got to me and i just had to buy an 8.

Enjoy it!! I had an 04 but sold it after a year primarily because of weak air conditioning and other issues. Couln't stand to live without it and wound up buying an 05 which is simply perfect. There just isn't another car out there like the rx8.

 

what kind of problems did you have with your 04

The 04 had pretty much all the recall issues which got tiresome, gas mileage never got better than 16 in mixed driving and the killer was the air conditioning just couldn't cut it in a Carolina summer no matter what the dealer did to improve it. The late build 05 has none of these issues. Getting 19 to 20 in same type of driving.
