Oh my god. only today after i got my car for 1month plus. i found that my car is using offset 50!

i am not sure whether is it due to my rims that there are no rubing. what you guys think?

is it possible to put wider wheels? what is the max figures for 16" rims?

 

50mm is the standard offset for a base model RX8 automatic. If you have the 16" package then the OE size would be 225/55/16.

just curious could i get tires bigger than 225? might look quite ugly.

 

That is the only size i can recommend in 16". regrettably i am bound by liability issues to only recommend approved sizes. If the vehicle is completely stock then the 225/55/16 tires will not rub.

 

How wide is the OEM 16" wheel

i think 225/50 R16 is the OEM size.
cause my car came with the pontenza tires that size.

is it possible for 16''rims to go 245/55 R16 ?
