Whats up everyone? I just picked up my 2004 RX-8 about a week and a half ago and I have to say it is funnest car I have owned to date. I just had the rims powdered black and the calipers painted red and that's all I've done to it so far. Oh yeah and the ms exhaust is on the way. I really hope I like it. Well anyways just wanted to show some pics and maybe get some feed back.

is it me.... or either the wheels or the body colour is wrong? they just dont sit well with each other.....

Ohh nice, I've never seen that combination before. I like it.

 

the wheels and calipers were done at a place called wheel techniques in san jose, ca. I happened to know a guy who owns a body shop and i did some trade work for him so this was done at know cost to me. But the guy at wheel techniques said normally a job like this would go for 800 or so for the wheels, calipers,mounting, and re-balancing.

 

Don't feel too bad, "funnest" isn't even a word. It should be "most fun".

Having said that, I really like the black stock wheels, looks mean!
