OK, most of this video is about the new Miata, but the RX-8 does make a guest appearance. It’s quite entertaining to view nonetheless.

BMI actually rated the RX-8 higher than the S2000 and the new Miata in this video for the autocross and drifting. But their highest score went to the old 2nd gen Miata.

Cool video. I don't feel so bad on how I treat my car. It's amazing what they do with that e-brake.

On the results, I don't know why they tested it in the rain and if there really was something "different" from the mx-5 that was tested a month earlier that was so much"better".

It just goes to show that sometimes more power isn't necessarily better. It looked like the extra hp the new MX5 has was giving the drivers more problems than anything else.
