I picked up my brand nex 8 yesterday and loving it! finally i get to enjoy the car i've been drooling about for about a year and love every thing about it! sorry, i've been busy driving but i will post pics soon!.

It's the touring package + rotary accent, it's absolutely gorgeous.

 

Thanks the boy, i will be very safe on the road, here in WA people tend to drive slow cause of all the rain we get, so i'll be more worried about visibility.

clear corners are probably going to be my first mods, i'm not a very big fan of the amber corners on my black8.

 

wow - i'd be rich if i got paid everytime someone asked me what happened to it lol - to make a long story short, i worked in the mortgage industry, the economy crashed, i got laid off, and couldn't afford it anymore... so i had to sell it, to avoid a repo on my credit. i plan on buying another one in the future, but i think i'm gonna try to find an import nordic green one this time - i know you'll like your new 8 - i sure did - mine was a black one, released the first half of 04 (before the recall and power reduction on the motor) - it was a 6 speed, with only the sports package on it, so it didn't have any apearance kits on it, sunroof, or anything like that. it was pretty much a base model, but i loved it to death! i've got to admit, it was quiet entertaining when the mustang cobra's came up beside me, reving there engine to their 5400rpms - i'd just smile, and rev mine to the 9300rpm, and their jaw ussually almost always dropped, especially from the sound of the custom intake i had lol - good times were had in that car - i'm sure you'll enjoy it just as much as i did
