Can't blame the guy for being excited. Waiting for volk wheels sucks we're talking about 3-6 month wait sometimes. Can't wait til you slap them things on, i'm sold on black on black, not quite sure with white on white.

 

love the rims.. but.. yeah.. your offsets looks like +36 or in the +40's.. i think you could have done better then that.. too flat faced... but if u like them flat .. then thats you. =) gj on the taste of rims tho. but i think in general white on white might clash.. i guess i have to see it on ur car..

Woo, just got back from a quick ride up the mountain to take some pictures.

Danomite was pretty close, they're 19x8.5 +38 offset. Plenty of clearance and no rubbing. I didn't want to go staggered and didn't want to stray too far from stock.

I did pretty much rip into the boxes like a wild animal. I've only been waiting for the wheels since February. Must be a new record. Time to finally change my sig.

 

Dude, nice wheels!! Your 8 is looking good! It kinda looks like that one-off, supercharged white mazdaspeed 8 mazda made. The one with white 19" CE28N look-a-like wheels and hood scoop! Drool!!!

Thanks for the compliments guys. When I first laid eyes on my RX-8, before I even bought it, I knew these were the rims I needed. I've had the vision in my head for a long time. Theres some new picture spots that I've wanted to save for when I got the rims. I got some time off coming up next week so I'll be sure to head out and get more pics.

I haven't actually checked it out the last couple weeks, but it must be decent since there's been a lot of guys going lately. Hmm, the parking lot over there would actually be a pretty good picture spot too.

Hmm, yes, center caps would be good. Maybe some of those Rays racing lug nuts too. I do want to get some coilovers, but it's gonna be a while since I have another project car that is diverting funds at the moment.
