Mine arrived today. I'm a 1st allocation reject apparently. Am I the last of the 1st allocation to get mine? I feel for you guys/gals still waiting. This thing is so friggin smooth. I could only drive it around the lot. They haven't PDI'd it yet. So I can't pick it up till in the morning.

 

I'd be whoopin some ars! Get them boys cleanin dat sh*t up!

Me, too. 1st allocation, and my delivery was "bumped" over the weekend from 5th week of July (THIS week) to the 2nd week of August (estimated).

Apparently, there is a HUGE backlog of cars to have options installed at the ports................

Customer Assistance line (who named it THAT?) has gotten a little beligerent about it over the last few days. I am trying to escalate through Mazda management now to get some straight answers.

We'll see - so far, no response.

 

Mine's been released to the trucking company... and Mazda still says August Week 1; though my dealer estimates before the end of hte month... go figure.

 

My car was released before July 15th, was scheduled for July 17th delivery. Got a response from rx8orders yesterday, now they say 3rd week of August!!!

Called around to other dealers besides mine, four RX-8's have been sold just in Indianapolis. They say that their 2nd allocation will be here next week(?). Hell, I'm 1st allocation, where the F is my car!

 

Yup, 1st allocation and still waiting. Hopefully this week it will come in. At least that's what my dealer tells me. Then again I've heard this week for the last 3 weeks so I am begining to loose faith.
