I just bought a used rear aero flares and just realized that I am going to have to drill through the rear bumper.
Does anyone has a copy of the template and willing to email to me?

There isn't a template if I remember correctly. After removing the rear bumper, On the inside there are 3 crosshairs stamped into the bumper for each aero flare. Drill these out and then run the drill from hole to hole to make a slot so that the plastic protrusion/slot of the aero flare will fit through. There should be metal retaining clips that will hold this in. I don't remember if a new hole had to be drilled for the screw in the wheel well, but if so, you can drill it after the flare is in place. I hope this helps.
