Sorry I missed out on last weeks meet. I totally forgot about the Hockey game I had previously committed too.
Unfortunately I'm going to miss the next few as well due to other activities.
This Thursday the wife and I are going away for a few days on vacation. Then I'm going to be up in Sudbury for the next 2 weeks.
Maybe I'll be able to catch up the week of November 28th.

Pool sounds good to me (even though I have been playing like **** for the last few weeks).
Dooley's is a good place, one of the better pool halls around this area. Not the best selection for food but what they have is good.

Looks like my works schedule has changed again. Now I'm scheduled to be in Espanola until Christmas. I will be returning on the weekends so a Friday night or weekend meet would suit me better.

OK. There are a lot of stiffs on this thread that didn'r show up last night. And that includes Helas (you bastard!). Where were you guys last night? There was only 5 of us that showed up; 3 RX8 owners and 2 RX7 owners. Not to worry, the 8 owners taught the 7 owners a lesson in pool. Now that makes lessons given by the 8's to the 7's in 2 critical areas; we already proved earlier this summer that the 8's are faster than the 7's and now we kicked their *** on the pool table.
But what made last night so special is how Neo confessed that once the 8's came out for sale, he spoke to all the 7 owners, and they alll agreed with him, that the 8's are far more sophisticated, relaible, faster, well built, styled and balanced than the RX7 of any year. And that if he found a "sucker" to buy his 7, he would let it go for any amount so he can immediately get himself a nice VR 8 so he won't have any fears of something breaking any time he boots it. . He also stated that the only reason he drives his 7 very slowly is because it is and he has spent enough money on that relic. He called all 7's "the worst investment on the planet".
Neo, don't worry, 8 owners are nice people and we will help you out in any way we can to get you properly fitted in to a suitable RX8. Don't worry buddy, we're there for you. We have already started circulating a basball hat for the past 10 meets to collect loose change for you and your mission.
