Any RX8 Owners in Puget Sound area w/ RB Exhaust

I'm hoping i can find a local w/ the RB Catback exhaust. Further, I'd like to meet w/ said local and go for a ride in their car - to hear first-hand the sound.

Maybe a Sunday-Pizza-and-beers-and-football meet? Get a few of y'all together?

Well I don’t have exhaust, yet, but I’m defiantly down to get together and partake in the pizza, I’ll have to substitute tarantula for the beer tho…

Saturday, 19 November - my place for make-your-own-pizzas and beers? If my parts come in by then, we can do a 'tech day'; install of RB intake/duct/screens and Catback.

I’ll be there, and I’ll see about getting some toys to put into my 8 as well I did the math and Intake, Header and Cat back exhaust would pay for itself roughly in three weeks of driving for me.

I drive about 100 miles a day, which means that at my current 20 mpg I get about 240 miles to a tank of gas. With the CAI and Exhaust I’m estimating an improvement of 3-4 mpg, which would increase my tanks of gas by 36-48 miles, as long as I don’t play around too much Consequently due to the increased miles out of one tank of gas and the amount of times that I need to fill up I would be getting a faster return on my investment. Although looking at my current financial situation.. no mods for me..

3-4 mpg increase??????? I've heard of 1, maybe 2 mpg for the RB intake + Ram air... but I don't know for the HF cat, cat back, etc.

Can someone maybe fill the table below? (thx)

RB CAI: mpg
RB RAM Air: mpg
High-Flow Cat: mpg
Catback: mpg
Headers: mpg

Not possible...at least not with 'good' data...individuals will experience different losses and gains w/ those mods.

Btw - I may put this off a week; depending on when/if I get a 'shipped' email notification from the place where i purchased the parts.

darin

Oh - and Jess? If it's too far for YOU, that'd be a riot. :D

hehe
