I’ll be picking up my new 8 (Silver, GT, 6MT, Roof) in 3 days :D , any word of advice for the new bee

I wanna install the MazdaSpeed spoiler, the dealer is asking $1800 for it, is there any other place I can get it for cheaper price

Great colour choice! Silvers are the best and the fastest.
Best advice is to read the posts on this site. I know that it could take a while but there is a search feature to help find what you want. I have only been on the site for about a month and picked up my Silver a few weeks ago.

Welcome. Rules you must live by as a RX8 owner.

1) Red is fastest. No "if's"and/or "but".

2) Silvers play 2nd fiddle to red.

3) Silvers modified with intakes and/or exhaust/tips are slowest, and this has been proven time and time again. Just ask Danielson.

4) Always let a red 8 in front of you on the road, in drive thru's, etc....

5) When you see a Red 8 owner, bow in his honour

OK, now that we cleared the basic rules of this forum and provided you with the order on the totem pole, enjoy the car and have many safe travels.

And oh ya, the most important rule of all: 6) come to our mini meets religously.
