finally after 2yrs of searching in every store for the rx8 I found them :D

 

I painted the yellow car winning blue like mine....

 

Damn...now those are low profile tires.

 

May I ask where you found them at? I always keep my eyes open for these but have yet to find any.

i found the jada toys one, (the yellow one), but mine is blue, I got it at Target a while back. it was 3 or 4 bucks. too bad it is overly riced out, but it is still an RX-8 model.

 

there is a store in fashion square mall that sells lots of RX8 stuff, there is a nice 100+ page book all about the car, kinda like a best motoring video, but its a book, i think its 35 bucks, i have one on order. There are also quite a few model sets AND those RX8 transformers, in white, red and the blue/purple we dont get in the states. The also have a little red 'pull-back racer' that looks like one of those cartoonish cars (its an rx8 but it looks all squished up, to look cute) and a rx8 hotwheels in red, I bought the hotwheels and the pull-back racer, the tranformers are expensive, 50 I think, but they are nice.

 

Yeah, but look how big the freakin' brakes are! Those things could stop a tank.

 

I Was So Lucky To Find Them We Went To A New Target Store By Mistake That Was Not Even Open To The Public Yet It Was Employees Night Opening Ceremony And Me And My Wife Where Able To Sneak In. But It Took Me A Little Over Two Years To Find One. Thanks For The Comments Guys

My wife found that same radio-controlled 8 at a Target here in Largo.

Then she gives it to my nephew for his birthday!

 

the store is by the movie theater, on the 2nd lvl behind the food court...kinda hidden....you gotta look for it, back in the corner....i dont remeber the name...it looks like a hello kitty store, but theres other great stuff in there, the magazines i was talking about and the option videos are behind the counter, just ask to see them!

NO I BOUGHT A CAN OF OCEAN BLUE BRILLIANT PAINT FROM AUTO ZONE, AND THE MATCH IS ALMOST PERFECT....

 

I have a tiny lil hotwheels one I got from Target, I was so excited when I found it...I was actually looking for an RSX for my bf (which I didnt find). Its blue though, and my 8 is silver...soon to be purple.

I really want one of those transformers I may have to ask Santa lol

 

There are a couple people on here who own two RX-8s (husband/wife combo) but three would be overkill.

 

I too found the yellow one after searching for forever, I took an extra set of wheels from another jadatoys model I had and put them on there so now it has chrome 5 spokes much like my real car. I really love the jada toys stuff, especially the "old skool " series, I also have a couple of Rx7s including the 1/18th "option D" one that has adjustable camber etc. I wonder if "hot works" makes an Rx8, their Rx7s are sick. (they sell them at www.corksport.com) Jada toys has a website at www.jadatoys.com, lots of cool stuff if you like diecast. (I'm a junkie myself) If anyone wants to knoew some good sites to go to for stuff let me know, I'm always looking and checking out the new stuff coming out and can point you to some cool places
