I could reach my fog light wire and everything ... but i cant visual it because the wheel is block and lots of other stuff ( i didnt take the bumper off) I tried to twist it counterclockwise.... but still does not come out.. can someone help me? thanks! Pictures would be really nice of you. thanks again

 

if you can reach the back of the foglight where the wires connect to the fixture you should be able to turn it. If your looking at the back of the fog light you would turn it counter-clockwise about 1/4 turn....its pretty tight in there so takes a good ammount of force to get it to turn.

It was much easyer to change the bulb when I had the bumper off.
