Well this may be our final event of the season so please make it a strong one by participating.


When: Sunday September 25th, 2005 (Tentative start time is noon)

Where: Starting point will be the same as last year HWY 5 and Walkers Line. McDonalds Parking (enter @ Walkers Line) Esso Gas Station and Pharmasave Building. Map attached below.

We will cruise towards Niagara from Burlington and then finally stop in the Falls area for an early dinner.

We will dine steps from the falls, casino and entertainment district so there is plenty to do once there.

Should be a great drive to end the season on a high note.

Anyone that placed orders for shirts and hats at the previous meet can pick them up at the meet or make other arrangements as they will be ready by Sept. 16th. We will take additional orders for those that missed out last time. If you haven't already done so please register on our website at www.rxclubofontario.com there will be benefits for those that register in our 1st year of operation.

That is a shame Danielson, you'd love the route. Probably the last time I run my 7 this year before I cannibalize it over the winter.

 

I'll try to come out for that. Visit my old stomping ground. Great races in the Falls on Sunday nights.

 

Im down with that. Where there are water falls, there are casino's, and where there are casino's there is Helas :D

I'd love to go and meet you canucks, but rather than heading down #5 towards the Falls, why not go straight up Walkers towards Derry to really enjoy the car?

 

We are not disclosing the route for obvious reasons but there will definately be a chance to test the limits of your driving abilities on cliff hangers.

Alright everyone, I feel this is gonna take all of our efforts so we gotta unite our powers for this one. We have to make sure that Sham and Mic come out to this one. Thats right I said Mic. Yes, it was another successful "cruise"..

It wasn't as fast as years past, but that's probably a good thing. It was the first time for many of the RX-8 people...

It was an official RX-7/8 meet when Marshal's car had the alternator belt come off... Graciously Alvin helped him get back on the road..

Cops were also involved when Alex decided to get a bit sideways coming onto the street... suffice to say the cop was not amuzed! LOL!!!

And then we had Lawyer's Spirit car pop it's intercooler pipe off.... I didn't know what was going on becuase I was talking on the phone at the time that happened... If I knew that happened (or if Hellbreed listened to the FRS) we would have stopped... but thankfully there were a couple of bikers who helped him out...
I'm surprised nobody else stopped for him...

Thanks go out to 10year7 for picking out the restaurant... haven't had Italian food in awhile...

There will be a few mini-meet's for the local people before we put our cars away...

That was a great cruise, too bad more RX-8's couldn't make it. This was my first cruise but not my last, if anyone wants to see what the 8 can do a cruise will put a smile on your face, just ask Sabennett.
