Hello everybody! I'm planning on heading out to the Pavillions tomorrow night and then grabbing some drinks. If anyone wants to meet over there let me know. I should hopefully be there between 8-8:30pm. I know it's short notice but it should be fun.

im on this side of the valley right now, about 3-6 miles from Pavs,......but we're visiting friends.

 

I didnt see anyone there. I went up about 7:45 then left about 8:15 and came back 1/2 hour later to see if anyone showed up. I did see another Yellow 8 (stock) but no one around the car. Oh well, maybe next time.

 

I got there way too late to have seen you AZ-RX8U. But the guys were walking about seeing a badazz yellow 8 with black rims and MS wing I think they said?

Sorry I missied you AZ-RX8U. Anouther8owner and I found your car when we first walked in but I didn't see you around. I went over to talk to Ian from 1st Apolstry and then ran into a friend I hadn't seen in atleast two years. By the time we were done catching up you were gone. I was 1 isle closer to the 101 then you in the Mazda section and two cars closer to the 1st Apolstry Supra. I was the grey 8 w/o the side stakes.

 

8 or no 8 I'm glad you showed. If it makes you feel better I gave poolside a hard time for not coming to the bar with us after the dinner spot. What ever you do never play Ms. Pacman with her unless you want a beat down.


Definately a good time, glad you made it. You didn't miss much in Scottsdale though. Our table got over run with some drunk college kids after we let some girl set her beer down at our table so she could smoke. A couple of the guys were cool but this girl was seriously annoying.

I took too long to take a look in this this (West) forum because I would liked to have met you guys last night. Maybe next week?

What do you say we have a nice stong showing of 8s next weekend at the pavilions. That would be Sept. 10th. Maybe grab some dinner first and some drinks after.

 

I'll try to make it Sat. We should be back in from Cali by then.

Yeah I'm up for that. I didn't realize that after9events had started back up already. I used to know a guy that was filming for them who I wouldn't mind seeing again.

Hey Poolside. AZ-RX8U and I are heading out to the after9event show at Speedworld. You are more then welcome to join us. I also invited the guys from the RCCAZ event yesterday. We are meeting at the Bankone on 35th Ave. and Bell but I'm not sure of the time yet. If you want I can call you when I know for sure.

I just sent you an email; What do you say about 6:15 at Bank One then we'll head up. Cars how roll in is from 5:30-7:30 and Spectator roll in is at 8pm. Im supposed to meet another guy, who's showing his Supra, at about 5:30 at his place in Cave Creek. Let me know what you think. Call me on my cell as i'll be in the garage most of the day.
