Oil change before or after?

What is the best way to go about it, change oil before storing or wait till spring? My car is currently sitting in my garage at home about 3000 miles from me (04' with ~2300 miles) should I have someone change it or just wait till I pull it out in the spring. Proby a dumb question but i figured I'd ask you Tech's.

change the oil before you store it...fewer contaminants sitting around
in the oil to corrode anything.

I second what edj states. U want to flush out the contaminants that are in the used oil before the long down time.

I've been told the same. Change the oil before storage.. and to be safe change it right after storage is over as well.

This removes any contaminants from the engine before you store it.. and anything that may have happened to the oil while you were storing the car. (The second oil change may not be necessary, but the first is.)
